.25 oz Tabasco Sauce
Optional: Pinch salt+pepper

HOW TO MIX IT

HOW TO MIX IT
Shake or stir as desired and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a zest of lemon.

HOW TO MIX IT
Muddle the mint, lime and sugars in the bottom of a highball glass. Fill with crushed ice before adding the Smirnoff and soda. Mix all the ingredients together well before topping with more crushed ice.

Optional: Soda and a Slit of Green Chili

HOW TO MIX IT
Place the Masala spices on a plate and dip both sides of the lime into the mix. Fill your highball glass with cubed ice before adding the Smirnoff and sprite. Optional: you can squeeze the lime into the drink, add a touch of soda to taste and stir with a green chilli.
